Every community has unmet needs, and these are especially pronounced for low-income

individuals, families, and children. In the towns of New Castle and Silt, unmet needs take many forms – from assistance with living expenses to connecting isolated senior communities, to ensuring children have nutritious food available when schools are not in session. The River Center’s mission is to address these unmet needs through compassionate volunteerism. Our goal is to see each family work towards sustainability.
