El River Center fue fundado en 2010 como una forma de fomentar la creación de una comunidad solidaria y dinámica unida que se sostiene y se apoya mutuamente. Somos una organización sin fines de lucro 501c3 que consta de doce programas de divulgación y cientos de voluntarios.
